Straight, plain-language answers for buyers and sellers across the Treasure Coast. Don't see yours? Just ask me.
What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
In most cases my representation costs you little to nothing out of pocket. Before we start, we'll go over a buyer's agreement together that spells out exactly how I'm paid and what you can expect — no surprises, ever. My job is to protect your interests and your wallet from day one.
How do I find out what my home is worth?
Start with a free, no-obligation estimate, then I'll sharpen it with real, local board data — not an online guess. Get your home's value here, or reach out and I'll prepare a pricing analysis tailored to your home.
Is now a good time to buy or sell?
It depends on your situation — which is exactly why I lead with your numbers, not the headlines. Right now the Treasure Coast is leaning toward a buyer's market: more room to negotiate, and homes taking a little longer to sell. Let's run your specific numbers and figure out what's smart for you.
What areas do you serve?
The Treasure Coast — Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie West, Stuart, Tradition, Fort Pierce, Palm City, Jensen Beach, and Hobe Sound — with deep, street-level knowledge of each.
I'm relocating from out of state. Can you help remotely?
Absolutely — I help relocating buyers all the time with virtual tours, video calls, and remote paperwork, and I'll be your eyes and ears on the ground. My Treasure Coast Relocation Guide is a great place to start.
Do I need to make repairs or updates before selling?
Not always. As a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I'll walk your home and tell you which improvements are actually worth it and which aren't — so you spend money only where it moves the needle on your sale price.
How do you decide on the right listing price?
With real rigor. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I price from official Realtors' board data and current market conditions — never a Zillow estimate. Pricing right from day one is the single biggest factor in selling for the most, in the least time.
Can you help with new construction?
Yes — and you should bring your own agent before you ever walk into a builder's model. The on-site rep works for the builder; I work for you, at no extra cost to you. My New Construction guide covers exactly what to ask.
Do you handle mortgages or financing?
I'm not a lender, but my finance background means I speak the language — and I'll connect you with trusted local lender partners for rates, pre-approval, and qualification questions, so you've got the right specialist for that part of your move.
Still have a question?
No pressure and no jargon — just a clear, honest answer.
